CrossFit Fortis is proud to be hosting a running seminar in April.
This seminar is designed for those who would like to make running a more enjoyable staple in everyday life. Whether it is for leisure or competition, everyone will benefit from Laura’s instructions and teachings. Laura is a sponsored ultra marathoner who is no stranger to running. With her average race being over 100 miles (160km) long, proper running style is a must and effeciency is of greatest importance. Come in and learn from Laura as she heads the class in a group setting and with hands on instructions and techniques, You will take home differences in your running style that will astound and amaze you with great results.

1- Running form evaluation
2- Introduction and overview of common running problems
3-Pose technique basic introduction
4- Form drills
5- Stride drills
6- Reevaluation of running
Please bring normal workout attire and also a pair of socks which you don’t mind dirtying, since some of the drills will be with shoes off.
