Happy New Year, you savage. 😈
2026… wild.
Let’s get something straight right from the start:
The calendar flipped. That’s it.
A new year doesn’t magically give you a new body, a new mindset, or a new life.
No quote.
No “new year, new you.”
No glitter. No confetti. No bullshit.
If nothing changes in what you do, nothing changes in what you get.
A New Number Means Nothing Without a New Decision
The world loves resolutions.
“This year I’m really going to…”
“This is my year.”
“I’ll try to be better.”
Cool. But here’s the problem:
“I’ll try” means nothing.
“I’ll try” is what we say when we want to feel better about not committing.
It’s soft. It’s vague. It gives you a built-in exit door:
- “I tried, it didn’t work.”
- “I tried, life got busy.”
- “I tried, maybe next year.”
If that’s the energy you’re bringing into 2026…
Let’s be honest—you’re not changing. You’re just recycling the same story with a new date on it.
Real change doesn’t start with a resolution.
It starts with a decision.
A decision to:
- Stop pretending “later” is a plan
- Stop half-assing your effort
- Stop lying to yourself about what you actually want
A decision that says:
“I’m done feeling like this. I’m done starting over. I will do what it takes.”
If You’re Already In It – Keep Going
If you’re already training consistently, dialing in your food, working on your mindset – don’t you dare downplay that.
You’ve already made the decision.
You’ve:
- Pushed through days you didn’t want to show up
- Trained when you were tired
- Made better choices when it would’ve been easier not to
- Proved to yourself that you can be that person
Your job this year?
- Keep stride.
- Keep the rhythm.
- Keep winning.
Be proud of what you’ve built.
Stop saying “oh it’s nothing” when someone notices.
It is something. You worked for it.
You didn’t come this far to hand it back because the world is tired, distracted, or lazy.
If You’re On the Fence – Get Off It
This part is for the people who feel stuck. The ones who keep saying:
“I really need to do something about my health.”
“I know I should get back in shape.”
“When things slow down, I’ll start…”
You don’t need another year of that.
If you’re honest, you already know something needs to change. You feel it when you climb stairs. When your clothes don’t fit right. When you avoid mirrors. When your energy is garbage. When you watch other people doing the things you wish you could.
So here’s your moment:
Stop asking, “Do I want this?”
Start asking, “What happens if I keep going like this?”
Take a hard look at what’s actually important to you:
- Your health
- Your energy
- Your kids watching how you live
- Your ability to move, play, travel, work, LIVE
If deep down you know you can’t keep going the way you are, then “trying” isn’t enough.
This has to become:
“Success is the only outcome. I’m not negotiating with myself anymore.”
That doesn’t mean perfection.
It means commitment.
Wishing for Better? Cool. Now Move.
This will sound harsh, but it’s real:
If you’re just wishing for better times, better health, better energy – and you’re not willing to change a single thing?
You’re in the way.
Not in our way.
In your own way.
You don’t need more wishes. You need movement.
- Book the class.
- Have the conversation.
- Ask for help.
- Change one habit and stick to it.
And no, you don’t have to know everything. You don’t need the perfect plan. You don’t need to wait for the “right time.”
You just need to be willing to take the first step and keep taking the next one.
Needing Support Isn’t Weakness. It’s Strategy.
Some people think:
“If I can’t do it alone, I’ve failed.”
That’s garbage.
The people who get the furthest in life are almost always the ones who:
- Ask questions
- Get coaching
- Lean on community
- Admit when they’re stuck
- Let others help them when they’re tired of fighting alone
Being vulnerable isn’t a flaw. It’s a weapon.
There’s huge strength in saying:
“I can’t seem to do this on my own. I need help.”
That’s not quitting. That’s adjusting your approach so you finally stop quitting.
Because when you combine:
- Your effort
- Your honesty
- Your desire to change
with:
- Coaching
- Accountability
- A real plan
- A community that actually gives a shit
…now you’re dangerous.
Now you’re not just setting goals—you’re coming for them.
2026 Won’t Save You. But You Can Save Yourself.
The new year is not a magic reset button.
It’s just a louder reminder.
A reminder that time is moving.
That another year went by.
That you either moved closer to the person you want to be—or you didn’t.
No more sugar-coating:
- If you want change, you need to make decisions, not wishes.
- If you want results, you need action, not slogans.
- If you want to feel different, you need to live different.
And you don’t have to do it alone.
