Skills which once seemed impossible – handstand push-ups, rope climbs, bar muscle-ups, a proper overhead squat – are now routine.
In addition, the Fortis member community, with their constant encouragement and healthy competitiveness, make even the toughest days in the box enjoyable. Nothing pulls you through a long, hard WOD better than a group of positive, like-minded people all suffering together.
At 42, I’m in the best shape of my life, and this is directly attributable to people of Crossfit Fortis. I cannot thank you all enough!
