Our CrossFit Classes are based on constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity as led by our Coaches. Hour long class consists of a Warm Up, the Work, the WOD and the Wrap Up. All movements are infinitely scaleable and classes are for all skill levels.
Our Olympic Class focuses on the proper movement patterns and points of performance of the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. This Coach led, small class is very detail oriented as we work on these lifts.
Our Gymnastics Class focuses on building the proper strength and movement patterns for body weight gymnastics. We work towards handstand holds and walking, gymnastic bar and ring work and everything related.
Our Foundations Class is perfect for beginners or those wanting to fine tune their movements. We take you through the basics of foundational movements and lifts.
Our Teens Classes are for Ages 12 to 17 and we work on constantly varied, functional movements performed at relative intensity. These classes are carefully planned and led by our experienced coaches.
Our Kids Classes are for ages 3 to 12 and focus on BIG Fun. Broad, Inclusive and General fitness provided in a fun atmosphere by our CrossFit Kid accredited Coaches.
Our Silver Strong Class is for ages 60+. We prove age is truly just a number by getting active and working on functional fitness and improved mobility and health.
Our Online Class is our CrossFit Class delivered once a day virtually by one of our Coaches.
